Budget Billing
Make monthly expense planning easier with Budget Billing. Pay the same amount toward your electric bill every month.
Santee Cooper will review your past electricity use and project your average bill for the year. Your meter will still be read every month as usual and your bill will show the actual number of kilowatt-hours used each month.
We’ll review your usage at the end of the year and, if needed, settle the difference and adjust the next year’s average bill amount.

Extend Your Due Date
You can extend your monthly due date by an extra five or 10 days to give you a little more time to pay your bill each month.
