Getting connected.
We do our best to get your electric service up and running quickly. If you have questions, you can contact a Santee Cooper Area Engineer or check out our Builders and Developers page.
For additional questions please contact an area engineer, call 800-804-7424 or email newservice@santeecooper.com.
Before you can convert from temporary to permanent service, you must have your municipality complete an inspection (see municipality inspection list below). After linework and inspection are completed, contact us at 800-804-7424 or newservice@santeecooper.com to request to move from temporary to permanent service. Please allow 2-3 business days for installation.
All linework must be completed before requesting temporary to permanent service.
